WP 2.0.6 wp-tiger-admin 3.0 – Activated but nothing happens?

    Hello,
    I am having a hard time with this. I have 3 blogs on one system. All running 2.0.6 or 2.0.5, but only ones able to get wp-tiger-admin running. The other two I upload & activate and then nothing happens, absolutely nothing.

    What could I do?
