 * With the new version of WordPress (2.0.6) does the upgrade process do anything
   to the user table information in the database?
 * Actually, does it do anything to a WordPress 2.0.5 database set up or just change/
   upgrade core files?

 * There were no database changes from 2.0.5 to 2.0.6.
