  • Hi, this was my former review back in 2017 :

    Big huge congratulations to the developer(s) for this titan-like work. Lots of features, everything well-thought and customizable…

    In a word : amazing. You can be proud 🙂

    And this is mine now :
    I created 2 support tickets and seeing that the developer was not answering after 3 months, I decided to upgrade them (meaning I have paid for that). I thought “ok this plugin is great and I’m sure the developer receives many requests, so he screens people out by making them pay”. I though, why not, all work deserves a salary after all.

    But 2 weeks after upgrading my tickets, I still received no answer at all. The least would be to at least say “sorry I can’t do this” or something. No, the only thing I got is disrespectful ignorance.

    Knowing that I also offered my (free) help to the developer on his translations, I find it unbearable that he treats people like that.

    I was an advocate of this plugin. Now I just say : find another plugin, maybe you will pay but paying 30$ upfront is much more worth than losing your time with Mycred. Believe me. Sorry for being salty but this is the naked truth…
