    Why not submit a ticket here, and let me help you out publicly. Or please let me know what question you submitted, then I can find it out and answer you with a solution. Maybe we missed it by mistake.

    Do you not get (response) emails to notifications [at] rextheme …?

    Hi, we do get notifications. And I believe I found your ticket about Etsy, where you got a critical error.

    You opened that ticket on late Friday, after our working hours, when we went on the weekend. And then went ahead and gave us a negative rating because you didn’t hear from us during the weekend (which is supposed to be our holidays). I replied to the ticket on Monday.

    The reason you thought it was deleted was because you opened a private ticket. Which means, you have to log in to the site to view that ticket again. The ticket is still there and you can log in and find it there.

    Here’s the link to the ticket.

    As I said, it’s a private ticket so if you login to the site, you will be able to view it.

    But rather I suggest, you open a ticket here in WordPress repo. That way, you will have no confusion and we can work with you to fix the issue you are facing.

    1) I do not have a login to your site, so there is no way for me to log in and view the ticket. When all I received is a 404 page, I assumed that the question was deleted. But, your system allowing a ticket to be created that the person creating it loses the ability to view it is not the point, because…
    2) I received your response via email, and replied. I checked a couple days later, and see that it came notification@rextheme.com. Thus my question of “Do you not get (response) emails to notifications [at] rextheme …?” As your response shows, it seems you do *not* get emails at that email address and it is just the second method of contact you have that has failed.

    Hi actually the notification you get, we expect that you will click on the link there and reply on the forum. So we do not check the emails that we get from notifcations@rextheme.com.

    However, I will point out one sad news from our end regarding your case.

    Over the last few days, I did some deep research and found out that the format we have for Etsy is deprecated and we were not able to collect their feed configurations since their latest API changes.

    If you have the latest copy of their feed configurations, then you can give it to us and we can try to update it, or we will simply remove it from our supported merchant list.
