Wouldn’t Recommend

Support were good when I first purchased the pro version and also did some custom work but since then support has been terrible, get ignored constantly have to chase them for a reply.

And so many plugins, I want to keep plugins down to minimal but PPOM FREE, PPOM PRO, PPOM TEXT COUNTER, PPOM CART EDIT, PPOM COLLAPSED FIELDS. Really need to look into another way of doing this, and actually collapsed fields was part of pro version but they removed that and now is a separate paid addon. They didn’t let us know this was removed and only when we contacted them they added this on to our downloads page, great another plugin!

Some changes were made for a fee to text counter addon for us which I wasnt trilled with the outcome either, but it seems like the core plugin was edited so we can never update this plugin, a concern for secruity and future core updates.

Edit cart was another addon purchased worked fine, until an update and it broke, when updating product options it adds a second product. They blamed this on add to cart popup we have but it wasn’t we tested it without. They sent us a new version of edit cart which is a popup on the cart page, but this is really rough and doesnt even work on mobile devices so it’s been deleted. I did contact them to about it and to keep me updated which they havent, since then I installed the latest version which I had to find out my self, but it’s still no better.

Also there is no way to add extra options on to existing products in bulk unless you add to a catagory which isnt very helpful.

I only use basic text boxes and it’s taken a lot of custom css just to get it to look acceptable.
