If your site times out, WP redirects to wp-login.php without the sting. Use your new URL like you’re supposed to. If you get redirected, use the new URL. It’s not broken, it’s just redirecting wp-login.php like it’s designed to. While logged into the site on the front end, it goes to /wp-admin as long as it hasn’t timed out.
Perhaps wait for a support reply before a 1-star rating for a plugin that works…
I’m looking for a way to change the timeout redirect to be altered by the plugin, as it is necessary in 3.6
Thank you. I’m going to work as hard as I can with my skills and friends on Git to try to edit the admin bar or see what is going one. One developer friend and I are both seeing (very few) lockouts with Limit Login Attempts in the past 2 hours – it may be related to the brute force attack going on now.
4 stars is reasonable for what you’re experiencing and I will work towards changing that one more time for you. 😉
