Would be better if it worked for guests also

    This is a great plugin and very convenient since I’m already on Facebook. But I would love it if my website visitors didn’t have to be logged into Facebook to send me a message.

    Hi @echemusic,

    Thanks for your feedback. Great news! This is already possible. If you go to the plugin settings tab in your WordPress admin dashboard, click “Edit Chat plugin” to relaunch the setup flow, in the second step, under “Customise your Chat plugin”, make sure “Guest mode” is turned on. Then complete the flow to the end.

    Now any visitor to your site can message you, without the need to be logged in to Facebook 🙂

    But when I test it, my guest messages always say “The message didn’t send”
