Would appreciate advice on best plugins for related posts., and ads management

    Hi!

    I am going crazy searching for the best plugins…and would love some input.

    What I want is a related posts plugin that I can choose from the visual editor which posts to display as “related posts” at the end of each post. I can only find plugins that automatically chooses what to display…and that leads to all kinds of weirdness sometimes. 🙂

    Also, which is the best ads management plugin? What I would like is a plugin that easily lets me insert text ads, adsense, and some banners automatically with each post, and also (this is not a must though) lets me choose in which categories I would like to display ads, and which categories I would like to leave ad free.

    I use Microkid’s Related Posts, it lets you choose which posts will be related for every post, I like it alot.

    Ad Manager:

    Adman – lets you put ad code (or any code for that matter) before, in the middle, or at the end of every post. I doubt you can specify the categories though.

    Adserve – not for adsense, just image banners

    Also, inserting ads is relatively simple without the use of an ad manager plugin, which sometimes can make the process more difficult. It all depends on what your needs are and your skill level.
