*EDITED* Ok, tried it, mmm. Too me it’s not really that bad looking at all.. just pushes the content and stuff downwards and the display of the navigational stuff isn’t looking bad at all either really..
It’s basically like those themes with that navigational stuff at the footer, you just switched the location of it.. Still awesome in my book!

Ok, javascript feature is tested and works in Safari and Firefox (both on mac)
I like this. When this is released, depending on how strict your license is, I will be stealing from it :P.
It is released in beta 1, and downloadable from the site.. beta 2 is in the works..
