• Their support is trash and the plugin breaks for every update. If you have an issue they tell you to deactivate every plugin and use default theme (which never works cause their update is broken anyway), even if it was working perfectly before the update. They ask you to spend your time posting data and troubleshooting their own faulty code, as if I work for them. My work is $60/hr, maybe I should send them an invoice for all the time I’ve spent with their trash code.

I did find the best solution though, deactivate and delete anything that has to do with elementor = problem fixed.

  • I have 50+ sites running with Elementor and none of them broke after an update.

@logologics, That’s not relevant. Unless you are helping the review, please don’t post in their reivew.

    Hi Andrew,

I thought this was helping the review poster, to re-evaluate his/her issue.
What would you see as “helping the review” please, so I can keep that in mind the next time?

    Thanks,

Annie, I just bought the tool, already feeling it is too buggy. Maybe you are hard code coder, who has nothing better to do than just code. That’s not what the Word Press and its plugins are meant for. If I have to code, might as well do in Python or something.

So please do not spam other people’s review. Everyone is different.

It took me 3/4 days, but yeah it is good tool. However, support leaves lot to be desired.
