I’ve been running the paid version of WordFence for about 2 years, and the couple of times I’ve needed to contact Tech Support (not because of any issues, but because I’ve needed some assistance or information), they’ve gotten back to me literally within minutes, and either taken care of the thing or explained very concisely how to do it. Worth every penny, especially when you go to your WF dashboard and see the sheer number of bots and attempted attacks on your site that they protect you from.
