worth dumping Tables for all CSS layout in Header?

  • My theme was created with a header that uses tables and the code is very messy. I’m finding that it doesn’t play nicely when trying to integrate it with other sites/applications. Would re-doing it all in CSS make sense or be worth the trouble? I’m particularly thinking that if I re-do the Header layout in CSS and dump the tables that it’s currently relying upon then everything would be contained in the 1 CSS file and it would be easier to manage, import into other applications like Zenphoto etc.? I’m thinking it might resolve some layout issues? Are there any known issues with all Headers in WordPress that contain all CSS for their layout?

    No, if you exclude Kubrick.

Youre correct in the assumption 🙂 get to work!
