 * Horrendous support. Read some support threads and see the attitude of the dev.
   Just awful.
 * Product was mediocre until I ran into a major issue which shut down my shop. 
   The support offered was “uninstall” which of course made me lose all of my inventory,
   prices, options, history, etc…
 * Stay away. Stay far, far away.

 * You added your own customised plugin & wrecked your eShop db tables. Your only
   option in this situation was to re-install eShop and start again. Sorry you just
   didn’t like this answer but we’re all out of magic bullets atm.
