This is a very strange behaviour for a company like yours providing LMS solutions !!!! It has been almost 4 days and i am unable to solve my problems. Do you think our clients can wait 2 or 4 days ?
I send a ticket and by the time you answer i am already done with the problem and the cycle keeps repeating itself.
I solved all the issues by myself and now i need assistance with the theme. In addition to the lack of support you have, you manage to choose Elementor as the worst WP site editor ever. Why can’t you dd other site editors as an option ?

The plugin supports Bakery, Elementor and Gutenberg builders, these three page builder plugins are mostly used and very popular at the moment. Moreover, other builders also can be used if they support shortcodes since the LMS plugin provides shortcodes for some of its essential elements.
