• It is useless to contact this support. If an answer comes, it is absolutely not useful. They don’t respond to the support requests, but answer useless stuff and refer to the instructions on their own site, which don’t help. Even the simplest questions cannot be answered properly. I have tried with 3 problems with the plugin and 3 times they have been incompetent. A plugin with such poor support is not useful for use on a live site.
