    I have had the unfortunate experience of working with this plugin dozens of times. Unless you’re doing a very basic brochure-ware site translation, I don’t recommend this. Anything more complicated is super confusing and buggy. Documentation is very sparse and unhelpful. Support is even worse. Their #1 job is to get rid of you. If this plugin were free I would let all this pass, but I am not sure what we’re paying for here.

    Could you please send us the links to the tickets where you didn’t have a good experience with support? We would like to review them to identify what we can improve.

    Also, in your description you mention translation related issues. However these problems are not directly related to this specific plugin (Woocommerce Multilingual), since this is a free plugin and does not add translation features, but rather complements WPML features to work with woocommerce and add the multi-currency mode (where WPML is not required).
