  • We’ve bought the WPCargo Pro version and 2 more extra plugins.

    It was extremely difficult to start working with this, so we requested Skype Support. We got response like couple of days later and when we replied back explaining what the issue was, we never got a response.

    After several days/weeks waiting for their response we decided to ask them for a refund, which they refused to gave it to us because they said the purchase had more than 14 days. Guess what? That was the spark to start immediately asking: How can I help you? etc… We told them we would complain to WordPress and to all social media to avoid anyone else going through this situation and they didn’t even care.

    Please BEWARE… In my situation (and could be yours as well) they will try to extend the response time via Skype after the 14 days… So you can’t get a refund in case you complaint. This is totally a Ripoff.

    I hope the money we paid works for other users to make them aware before purchasing anything from these people.
