WORST SUPPORT EVER!

I paid for this in March of 2022 and it worked fine for a year. Got charged again in March 2023 but now my account shows as free, even though under the account tab you can see the 2023 billing as paid. I have reached out at least 3 times to support over the last two weeks and NO reply, nothing, nada. What is that?
