WORST SUPPORT EVER

I purchased the WPUF User Frontend Pro plugin which is a total waste of time! They claim to provide unlimited support, and their representative tells me, and am quoting him “already invested my 1.30 hours on your website but I did not any access due to the connection issue.”
He claims I have to simply giveaway my login credentials so they can be able to tell what the problem is! This is just unacceptable to me. And, I provided a very logical alternative for him to access my machine through Teamviewer! But Nooo, he won’t accommodate a client nor actually do his work to investigate and fix the bugs!
Unclear features, rubbish integration options, and 5 open support tickets since 28 February, 2019 and no fix whatsoever!
