  • After i buy this plugin there was a issue with my used theme. Support was very slow – after 8 days the only answer is to buy a thirdparty developer to solve the problem. I am very disappointed and think about refund.

    I’m sorry to hear that, @snkai.

    In a perfect world all plugins and themes would work well together but, of course, that is not guaranteed in practice.

    Unfortunately, depending on the nature of the problem, it isn’t always possible for us to assist with workarounds or write the code needed to weld together different components and, in those circumstances, a third party developer can legitimately be the best resource if you really have to integrate conflicting products.

    That said, I’d love to review the relevant support exchange to see if we could have improved our handling of things. Would you be able to share a link?
