Support » Theme: Zerif Lite » Worst support ever

  • If you can do a lot of programming yourself, and do not get totally disappointed when you have paid 150 USD for priority support and do not get ANYTHING at all, then maybe you want to try it. Else find another theme from ANOTHER COMPANY!

    I have to apologize for this situation. We are really sorry to see our customers unhappy. I have digged more into this and I just saw your emails, you are right, the support team should have help you more and pay more attention to your issues.

    Regarding the review, while we really appreciate your feedback since it help us improve our products, this is a forum/review section for Zerif Lite, so reviewing Zerif PRO here is not something allowed by the team or nice to people interested in reviews of Zerif lite.
    Considering this, we would really appreciate if you could leave a review for Zerif Lite (if you think is 1 star theme, no problem).

    Yes my comments was for Zerif Pro. Zerif Lite is an appetizer for people to go for the Pro version.
    Zerif lite works fine. And it does Zerif Pro as well.

    The problem is only with your support for the pro version. I don’t think anyone can complain for the support with Zerif Lite, which can not be expected anyway, and you have a forum which answers 90% of all the questions in time.

    Thanks to you, I also get the needed support with the Pro version now.

    I will continue using your solutions and wish you all the best with continues improvement with your great products.


    Thank you for the compliment! We do give PRO members more priority and most times the lite support tickets are simple enough to answer within a day so when it’s possible we do so.
