Worst support

    Missing HPOS support for months and no update so far. support needs constant nudges and takes forever to respond.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.  We’re sorry you feel this way. Our plugins are compatible with HPOS already. We have added the line of code to declare compatibility that will be included in the next update. We don’t have an ETA on the update but it will be soon.

    Yesterday, I tried the latest version 1.6.1 that was updated 5 months ago. Woocommerce still complained about missing HPOS support.

    As mentioned we have added the line of code to declare compatibility that will be included in the next update. We don’t have an ETA on the update but it will be soon.
