  • This company acts deceptively. Annualises your subscription without notice and then refuses to cancel it. As a fellow developer, I don’t understand why a company acts this way. My advice is not to deal with these clowns. I would give it minus stars if possible…

    You do not need to get into an argument but you can tell your side of what happened.

    @renoiriii Do not use the reviews here to call people any names or as a lever to get what you want from a developer. The reviews here are feedback. Name calling and using the review to attack anyone has a short shelf life on this site.

    This is 100% false.

    Subscription can be canceled anytime, and service remains active until the end of the paid period. You don’t even need to contact us to cancel, it’s managed in your account.

    @renoiriii was using the service in production after the subscription renewed. We informed him that once canceled and refunded, the Pro features would be disabled on the live site. We asked for confirmation before proceeding.

    Once @renoiriii confirmed, we canceled/refunded the same day.
