    It appears to me, that as a premium customer who has spent $200 on several plugins with Ignitewoo that they (Mark, it’s only one man – don’t be fooled) is awfully active for having ignored my support emails for months. Completely ignored yes.

    I would like to ask the moderators / WordPress to review Ignitewoo – it cannot be possible that someone who does not give support to paying customers does his best on a global WordPress forum like this.

    Once you end up buying a plugin, things change rapidly. If you’re still within a certain period whereby you can go to Paypal and claim your money back he’ll do whatever it takes to keep you satisfied.

    Once you pass the claim period, he starts to ignore requests.

    This developer is an insult to other developers who do their best to create quality wordpress plugins and support them. I cannot believe that someone is allowed to continue scamming people and to be associated with the WordPress name.

    This has to stop and I ask if someone can please start an investigation. I have all the purchase notes, email exchanges, Twitter notes and web proof to back up my claims.

    Do your due diligence carefully. Avoid Ignitewoo plugins at all cost.

    Dont buy with ignitewoo. Non existing customer support. Only after three weeks of waiting and numerous mails to their support staff i was fed up and openend a dispute at paypal for a refund. All of a sudden their support staff pops back into life. Only to revoke my licence key. Which i paid for for a whole year. Thank you soo much for your excellent plugin. Your a ripoff company and you should be avoided at all costs.

    The good news is after reviewing my case. I got my money refunded from Paypal.

    I’ve had a similar experience with these people… the absolute WORST support I have EVER experienced… we paid $99 for a plugin with 1 year “support” lol… well no reply after numerous emails, even a phone message I left on their answering machine was not returned… WordPress should ban this company from this site…

    First of all, there’s 4 of us at IgniteWoo. Obviously there’s a fact checking issue. No worries, not a big deal.
