 * BUYER BEWARE !! – Paid 1yr subscription fee and after 2 months no longer compress
images automatically on upload. Several members here are having the same issue
as well. Requested a refund on the remaining portion of my subscription and was
told – TOUGH LUCK WE don’t Offer any refunds.
So, a word to the wise – If the
free one works your lucky but DON’T PAY for the registered one as there is no
guarantee it will work in the future and if doesn’t your out your money and the
   support is a really joke.

 * wp media please stop asking people for login & ftp access to their sites.
 * Please see the [forum guidelines](https://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome):
 * > Forum members, including plugin and theme authors, should never ask for admin
   > or FTP access to a server, MySQL, or WordPress installation.

 * We aren’t asked them to provide them their access on the forum.
 * We ask for access to a website so that we can resolve an issue in the fastest
   possible way.
 * Every WordPress site is different, using different themes, plugins, server configuration,
etc to create a very specific environment which we cannot reproduce exactly in
   order to troubleshoot.
 * So the only solution is to access our customer’s website directly.
 * This is a standard procedure that we do for many of our customers without any
complaints. Other providers of premium WordPress products do the same. We treat
sites and data of our customers with respect—we are just trying to solve the
issue for them quickly and efficiently.

 * The rule is clear – you should not ask for these details on the WordPress.org
   forums
 * Providers of commercial products can request whatever details they want on the
support area of their own site, but this is not appropriate on the WordPress.
   org forums.
