    I’m sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our plugin and support
    We do our best to help the community, by sharing our work time to volounteer and help people on this forum

    We do a great effort to help anybody, as you can see from the many happy users and good reviews; for this reason I’m expecially sorry that we didn’t manage to answer your topic sooner

    Anyway, I’m confident that we can still manage to solve your problem, and make you happily use our plugin 🙂

    I have beg you to give you access to the web private access is that possible?

    Acutally I answered to your last thread, suggesting a possible cause of the issue; could you please check and let me know?

    This is explicitely prohibited by forum’s giudelines
    I cannot (and don’t want to) ask for that kind of access; so let’s try to investigate the issue another way 🙂
