• The worst paid plugin i ever used.

It conflict with another plugins, ads sometimes are not showing, I bought the premium version also but a tons of other plugins can do the same job as their paid version.

In one word, it doesn’t worth installing

Nikola, I am sorry that you express your current frustration like this.

I did not see this one coming after the positive and constructive communication between you and us via email.

You reached out to our support a couple of times for license issues, but never said anything about a conflict with another plugin or ads not showing up. You even called it a “great plugin”.

Yesterday, you reached out to me about your license of the Pro version being renewed and not any issue with the free version. I am sorry that you didn’t want to renew it, but writing a destroying review about the unrelated free version of Advanced Ads with made up issues feels like blunt revenge.

I am sorry that I wasn’t aware of any earlier frustration and reacted on it to prevent this from being a day with bad feelings for both of us.

Just to start off: Thomas Maier provides an amazing amount of support here for his users. I’ve never seen anything from this author that wasn’t professional. For a free volunteer support forum, that’s remarkable.

That all said, I’m leaving this review in place.

This review is feedback. It’s not good feedback and it reads poorly IMHO but it’s still feedback. Users do read the reviews. They also read the author’s reply as well and Thomas reply doesn’t harm his reputation at all.
