  • Worst company I’ve come across so far. The customer service rep, David is extremely rude and insulted me when I sent an email about the plugin not functioning properly. The plugin doesn’t work with almost 40% of the features mentioned even though the required theme is activated. No wonder the plugin developer mentions in the plugin details on WordPress that every person will get paid $50 or $100 or so for giving a 5 star rating over here……I wish I could not even give a 1 star rating to these FRAUDSTERS!!!

    Please document ” developer mentions in the plugin details on WordPress that every person will get paid $50 or $100 or so for giving a 5 star rating over here”. If you can take a screenshot, please post it in imgur.com and post a link here. I’d be very interested in seeing that, as would the plugins team.

    That image shows he’s offering a reward for people creating themes with his plugins, not for a review here. He can do that.

    @sterndata Is there any way to protect plugin authors from fudge and fearless ratings?

    @sterndata this was partially valid complaint as the mail regarding the customer service representative who insulted me was already sent and viewed as a snapshot, that got redacted later due to the policies. Hence, my review and comment against the customer service experience received stands totally valid. Hence, request you to pls think on these lines as well, thanks.

    Moreover, companies like mine are here to do serious business and not to get conned by such plugin authors.
