# Intrusive and cannot uninstal

 * I found this plugin intrusive to the viewers of my site and attempted to uninstall
   it. Once uninstalled the files remain active and the plugin continues to prompt
   viewers with the popups.
 * Plugin authors have provided little support in threads to resolve this problem
   as seen here where they promised to provide the ability to remove the banners
   and never delivered.

 * Only way to remove Readygraph is by deleting the directory’s.

 * How do you know that the error wasn’t yours? Why didn’t you try to contact the
   plugin’s author about this by posting a topic in the plugin’s dedicated sub-forum?

 * This plugin has been minimally maintained for past couple weeks. The major update
   is on its way. You can delete the files if it is not suitable for you. But we
   would like to recommend you that you upgrade subscribe2 or other readygraph pugins
   to latest version to have total customization of popup.
 * You must be having popup because of other readygraph plugins.
 * This plugin is totally separate so feel free to delete it.
 * Please let me know if you like more details/help about the plugin and updates
