    Because there is no help. Looks great on demo page — no clue how to install it, no support for it — no videos like they say — there’s NOTHING.

    How do you make your own portfolio on your WP phlox site??? HOW?? Step by step. Where/? What?? When?? HOWWW???

    Dear @keltoid,
    I am so sorry if you face an issue using Phlox.
    We have support center and you can use that to solve your issue.
    You first give a review then ask for support which it cannot help you solve your issue.
    So if you really want your issue to be solved follow your ticket which you submitted after this review, then if you still got issue give us a 1-satr rate.
    By the way, I just put the links of documentation and Video tuts (which is adding continuously) just in case

    Thanks – as mentioned in email, logging in to your support has been frustrating, won’t take password, etc. Changed pw, still wouldn’t. I’ve done it like 8 times. “Look in your email for password change link” – nope, nothing comes in to my email. I’d had it by then. As for your videos, I’ve been on a page for “video documentation” many times in the last 2 days, and there are no working videos on there — but thanks for the one above. Hopefully it will help. Edit: actually I don’t need mega menus – I need to know how to get the classic portfolio where I want it and the images in it. I’m to the point I’m writing my own css and code and trying that.
