  • I updated my woocommerce plugin on the 11th…..and a bunch of functions stopped working. I couldn’t add an order as an admin, I couldn’t edit an existing one….bar codes stopped working, it was a complete mess. I contacted them right away and put in a ticket. NO RESPONSE. Peoples businesses depend on woocommerce customer support when an issue like this comes up. Smart not to have a number to call…..cause you know people would be calling all the time. I am searching ways to possibly transfer over from woocomerce to open kart or something cause this customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I Had to down grade my woocommerce version in order to get it working again and I still have issues. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!

    Hi there,

    We’ve received your ticket over at WooCommerce and sent a reply about five hours ago (so about four and a half hours before the review here). If you check your email then you should see an update from one of my colleagues – if for some reason that didn’t go through, then you can log in to your WooCommerce account and go to the “Support” tab to see the latest update.

    As a general note, we always recommend creating a Staging Server (https://codex.wordpress.org/Running_a_Development_Copy_of_WordPress) to test updates on – from WooCommerce 3.1 to 3.2 should have been a relatively minor update, but this practice in the future will prevent any issues with your live site from updates. This can be done quickly with a plugin like Duplicator –

    Hopefully this helps – our support agents are waiting for additional information mentioned in the ticket. 🙂

    Have not received any emails, and cannot find the ticket in my woocommerce account. I logged into your website using mywordpress login….and I see nothing. I did receive your email in regards to this response….but not an update.

    I’ve sent another message on the ticket with a summary of the initial response – if you could check your email and spam folder it should be there, and at very least it should appear in your WooCommerce account, but let me know if it doesn’t show up!
