What don’t you like about Gutenberg – is there something specific that you find makes it difficult to do? Or something that you wish it would do?

It is a stack of many things.
The fact that this is a standard WP editor with many defects is for me number one reason why I am not a fan of this editor.
Basic functionalities that do not work correctly prove that Gutenberg was a hot flash that is not nearly ready to be launched. Those annoying spaces that are automatically added at the beginning of the paragraph.
I am put to work to disable JS, CSS that are part of the Gutenberg editor through a Snippet script.
In fact, two editors are installed (otherwise you can’t just turn Gutenberg off to make the classic editor work) that both are loaded into the background, which influences the speed of your website. The visitors are the ones who load this on their device.
This should be optional not forced.
