    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing price issues with your feeds. It’s not possible for the plugin to show different product prices for the same product in two feeds when those have been identically configured (for the price attribute) so somewhere there must be a difference between how you configured both feeds or one feed refreshed and the other one does not.

Did you check the content of both feeds yourselves already? If you want to we can also have a look for you? If so, please share with us the plugin debug.log and both feed URL’s you are using for your Facebook catalogues.

Instructions on how to retrieve your debug.log can be found here:

    Hi,

I checked 10 products in your feed. Prices of those 10 products all match the prices on your website. I could not find any products that has a wrong price in the feed.

Which product, according to Facebook / you, has a wrong product price?

    Thread Starter don23123

    (@don23123)

    this is the product
1 catlog its look ok (50)
and the other catalog its appear 90

That product has a price of 50 in your feed, see:
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/o8s37r38llc907q/ILS-50-1.png?dl=0

Which matches the sale price on your site, see:
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/sygejkq992wpb9u/ILS-50-2.png?dl=0

So the price in the feed is fine. Perhaps you did not yet fetch / refresh both catalogs in Facebook yet?

Some advise, when you put products on sale it is best to both add the price and sale price in your feed. You need to map the g:price field to the “regular price” attribute and add a sale price field mapping which you map to the “sale price” attribute.

thank you so its bug in facebook catalog

    Plugin Contributor supportadtribes

    (@supportadtribes)

No I don’t think there is a bug in Facebook. Are you sure both catalogs have refreshed already so they are both using the latest version of your feed?

    Thread Starter don23123

    (@don23123)

    yes i just check that
there is a problem with some products on sale
how can i send you screenshot?

    Plugin Contributor supportadtribes

    (@supportadtribes)

Did you also do this? Add both the regular and sale price to the feed?

    that make thing worse

Products need an ID to run in ads. Add unique IDs for each product in your data feed file and upload it again. If you want to add variants for a product, you can group them together by adding the same ID for each under the “item_group_ID” column.

293 products updated or added (of 2,329)
    2,036 products rejected (87.4%)

and now when when i restored
    and just put price
    i get error of

    what to do?

    Plugin Contributor supportadtribes

    (@supportadtribes)

The Facebook notifications you share now have nothing to do whatsoever with (sale) prices. It is just a notification that your product ID’s need to be unique and when you use variations you need to add the item_group_id to your feed (which you did).

The notification also indicates you have 2329 products in your feed.

293 products updated or added (of 2,329)

However the feed you shared with us only has 1216 products in it. Are you sure you are uploading the correct feed generated by our plugin and not from some other plugin?
