First of all, congrats on a great plugin. Unfortunately, we have a niggling bug which we can’t resolve.
When we sell a product, the transaction status remains “processing” and never finishes to “completed”. We believe this is related to the call back from World Pay.
We’ve spoken to World Pay and they confirm that there are no call back failures in their logs. They suggest that the problem lies with our Woocommerce installation.
I’ve ensured that the call back passwords are the same in both World Pay and Woocommerce. Can you suggest anything which may help, as we have scripts enabled which trigger on transaction completion and these are unable to run unless we manually go in and update the record.
