    Hi,

First of all thank you for all your plugins.

I want to implement “jetreviews” in a page cached by Cloudflare, but as you could guess the reviews are not updated because Cloudflare shows the last cached version. Is it possible o avoid caching the plugin reviews with “Content no cache” or is there any way to make that?

    Hi @alexg9

    Many thanks to you!

I’ve never used jetreview, so I can’t say it for sure, but solving your problem is exactly the purpose of Content No Cache.

You should add the reviews to an element “Content no-cache”, and then add the suggested shortcode to the page where you want the reviews.

If you have issues and the reviews are not shown, set the parameter request=”remote”. In this case, the shortcode will look like [content_no_cache id=”3328″ request=”remote”]
The plugin will retrieve the content in a different way that will be a little slower, but this will solve conflicts with some plugins. First, try without the parameter request=”remote”, and if it doesn’t work, add that parameter.

Thank you for your answer Jose 🙏

I’d tried to do it but I don’t know how to add it to Content no Cache because jetreviews doesn’t have a shortcode. Is there another way I’m not seeing?

I’ll try to add the review to an Elementor section template for now and use the Elementor template shortcode in Content no Cache instead.

Has it worked with the Elementor template shortcode?

    Have a great day!
