I switched to Revive Old Posts from SNAP. SNAP is old. The UI is confusing. It has expansive features and supports many networks BUT!!! Many features are broken. The social networks (Facebook, Linkedin, etc) have changed their APIs but SNAP developers have not kept up. They didn’t answer technical support tickets even after I bought their “Pro” version. I disputed the purchase via PayPal and the company didn’t respond to PayPal’s questions. PayPal finally refunded my money and the people at SNAP can go you-know-where.

My experience with Revive Old Posts is totally the opposite. The product works. When I had a problem or question, the support staff was polite & engaging. They pointed me in the right direction. The Revive Old Post product feels new with a good UI. It supports fewer networks and is missing some features, but those networks it supports AND those features is has work. Full stop.

So, to the good people at Revive Old Posts, thank you for your good product. Thank you for your support. My only requests? Keep up the good work, expand your networks (e.g. include LINE next). Don’t worry about those few missing features. I prefer your approach to features that work.

Thank you for the Kind review! We try to add the most popular networks that have the best/most robust APIs to allow automated posting. We’ve been adding more networks over the past months such as Google My Business and VKontakte. The next update will have Instagram.

It’s a fine balance as the more networks added means the more API changes to keep up with. These social networks are always growing so they change things and add things frequently

Thank you for the review, we’re glad you like our product!
