Works well, with some work

If you can figure out what your best setting are without breaking your site then this can be a powerful plugin. Trouble is, that is way easier said than done. My suggestion is start with caching everything, but don’t do css or js minification. If all the caching doesn’t break anything then move on [slowly] into optimizing your minification.
Hopefully someone will put together a manual for this shit soon!
