You can customize the posting template by changing the post format in Blog2Social.

If you want to customize a posting title, description and link, you can do so be editing the posts meta data. In the following FAQ you can find how to change these data:

The interface to Pinterest is currently subject to temporary interruptions. We are working with Pinterest on this issue to re-establish a stable connection.

As soon as the Pinterest API is available again in a stable way, I will let you know.
