    I’m not sure if this was your case but, most commonly we see the feed disconnect if a password was changed on Facebook for the connected account. Facebook’s API invalidates an access token when that happens and unfortunately we have no way to automate getting a new one under those circumstances. But yes, it’s as simple as clicking the button in our plugin to get a new token in any case.
