Works well

There are a few things that could be moved to a configuration, but overall this does the trick in a very simple yet effective way.

Requests:

• Multiple countries per coupon
• Add a message to the top of the checkout, instead of showing it after the field (I’m customizing where the coupon form appears)
• Customize by admin the messages the user receives when coupon not valid
• Show country column on Coupons admin interface, so I know which countries are running that coupon code

Problem:

• The notice the plugin prints don’t negate Woocommerce own “Invalid coupon” notice, so both are being shown
