 * Hi this is an amazing plugin.
    only thing I seem to be having a problem where
   it seems to only display when it feels like.. I set the minimum browser to IE8
   as IE8 breaks my site.
 * however most of the time it ignores this warning and loads the page.
 * any idea? thanks
