    hi
    this has been showing me that abandoned carts as promised, I just didn’t seemed to understand why the email is not sent itself, I have to be checking and doing this myself, I think I need the pro version for this feature, but for the rest, is really good.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your feedback.

    In the free version, the abandoned email can still be sent as soon as a certain time the carts are set as an abandoned, remember to leave the email address and test on a private browser. Please shorten the time and check again.
