• It would be nice if instead of dragging widgets to the widget area, there was a List of Widget areas and an Add Widget button, like in Settings > Widgets, but no complaints.

    Are you using Widgets screen with Accessibility mode enabled?
    As without that I don’t see where the Add Widget button is.

    No, I don’t think I have it enabled because when I click Screen Options in Appearance > Widgets, I see a link that says ‘Enable accessibility mode’.

    It’s too bad I can’t attach an image here. In WP 3.9.1, Appearance > Widgets, just click Text under Available Widgets, instead of dragging it to a sidebar. It *should* display a dropdown list of sidebars, witih a red Add Widget button below and a Cancel button to the left.

    Thank you very much for implementing this feature. It works perfectly and it’s very convenient when your theme has a lot of widgets. 🙂
