Works on sub-pages but not front page

Hi! Thanks so much for the wonderful plugin. After trying out 5 other OG plugins, yours was the first that worked for my posts! Very useful.
I’ve run into one problem though that I could really use your help on: the plugin works well on all of the non-front page posts (ex: http://chicago.nomwell.co/erica-eckman-top-date-spots/), but I can’t get it to work well with the front page (http://chicago.nomwell.co/). I’ve even set the site OG defaults to the same title/desc/image I have for the front page. But the OG are coming in on the front page as:
‘<meta property=”og:url” content=”http://chicago.nomwell.co/” />’
‘<meta property=”og:title” content=”” />’
‘<meta property=”og:description” content=”” />’If you’re able to help, I would much appreciate it!
