Works incorrectly when ROW_FORMAT=COMPACT

    Tables with the legacy ROW_FORMAT=COMPACT have the same (191) prefix key limitation as MyISAM tables. So it’s necessary to convert them to ROW_FORMAT=DYNAMIC before rekeying them.
