    This plugin works great where quite a few others have failed. The only tweak necessary for English speaking websites is to change the close button from “fechar” to “X” or “close.” To do this, just open pr-splash/pr-front-functions.php file and find the code line:

    fechar

    and change “fechar” to text appropriate for your audience.
