Support » Plugin: WP Responsive Menu » Works Great. Well done. Works with Genesis Framework too!

  • This plugin does the job of creating an off-screen responsive menu that slides in when user clicks menu icon at top. Lots of settings allow you to easily customize position, size, and colors. And it works with Genesis framework too!

    My only complaint is that it creates a duplicate menu of your original menu. I wonder if it’s possible to do this without duplicating the menu.

    Thanks for the great work.

  • @pxforti I think you may be referring to the same issue I had. I wanted to hide the regular menu on mobile and show only the mobile menu. The author told me that in the settings, put a CSS element into the “Hide elements on mobile” form. I also use the Genesis theme and in my case, I put “.nav-primary” into the form but it depends on where your menu is.

    @pxforti,

    It comes in handy when you want to have 2 different menu for your site. Like suppose for mobile you don’t want the users to see the footer menu and want to combine a the footer and header menu in one menu and just hide the header and footer menu. Then in that case you can simply create another menu from the wordpress menu system with all the links from header and footer and just assign that menu under the WP Responsive Menu Settings.

    Hey Nirmal,

    This worked like charm. Just one question, how do I hide the default menu on mobile. I am bit new and tried quite a bit options. Where do I can find that. I am using Twenteen Thirteen theme.
