I have to mark off a couple of stars as this plugin will break WooCommerce variations. If you try to add variations from attributes, this plugin overwrites some arguments in the query without checking the values, which makes the query always return zero results.

I believe this is because WooCommerce “attributes” are a hidden taxonomy (which is completely acceptable by the WordPress API) and so they are not sortable to begin with, and so they do not have any sorting data at all. So when you try to order items by a missing value, they don’t even show up.

This plugin should not interfere with hidden taxonomies, since they can’t be sorted anyway.
