Works great + Amazing customer service

I tried so many chatbots, they were all hallucinating, it was so hard to set them up to work efficiently, so just when I was about to give up, I found Hyve. It’s a much simpler chatbot, but sometimes, simple is really good. I used the custom data feature to mimic as many user prompts as possible to increase accuracy in responses and it works like a charm. I had to tweak the Open AI versions a couple times but now it’s fantastic. I do wish they had more customizations, but they were incredible with their customer service, so responsive, and they’re still building so they’re open to feature request, so I’m sure many more features will be coming. Totally worth the one time fee for something that actually works!
