Works great!

CleanTalk has worked extremely well at preventing spam form submissions and spam user registrations on multiple sites for us. No spam prevention software is perfect, the occasional spam registration still gets through, but it’s pretty rare. We’re very pleased and can’t beat it for the low cost.
